What can I treat?
We can treat a range of skin concerns and conditions including thread veins, rosacea, acne, sun spots and pigmentation. We also offer skin tightening & rejuvenation as well has hair reduction treatments.
Do treatments hurt?
No, they are not meant to hurt. Some people don’t feel anything whereas others may find it uncomfortable.
How does it work?
Depending on treatment, we use different filters and strengths of light. This is designed to target the root of the issue and eliminate it. With skin rejuvenation, it causes collagen simulation which helps to plump and refine skin.
How long do treatments take?
Not very long, dependent on the area, average session time is 30 minutes.
How many treatments are required?
Our recommended course is 4-6 sessions however, this can vary. We would discuss at your consultation appointment. Discounts are available on courses.
What aftercare is needed?
Your skin may be more sensitive after a treatment therefore we recommend using an aloe vera gel to calm the skin. For areas that are exposed to the sun, we recommend wearing SPF 50 to ensure there is no pigmentation.
Are treatments permanent?
That depends on the cause. If it’s a hormonal or medical reason it can elongate the issue. If it is environmental and your skin continues to be exposed, then it can return however, not usually as severe. We will review and discuss further in your consultation and can organise top-up appointments.
Are there any medical reasons why I can't have the treatment?
There are some medical conditions that limit services but we can discuss this in our consultation.
Are treatments for both men and women?
Yes, we can treat men and women.
Will we see results immediately?
In most cases you may find the problem worsens for a day or two after your treatment but this is totally normal. After that you will then start to see the results dependent on your treatment and condition.
I don't want anyone to know I am having treatments
We work with the strictest confidence and all your data is covered by GDPR.
Can I wear make-up after my treatment?
Yes you can however we do recommend you be gentle to your skin for a couple of days after your treatment.
Can I have a treatment after Botox?
We recommend waiting two weeks after any other treatment.
